Threaded rod with 125,000 psi thermally resistant alloy. It is used in applications where strength or high strength-to-weight ratio is needed. It is used in concrete casting to support large metal structures such as oil structures, suspension bridges, etc. It comes in black and countermarked on the ends (B7) where the "B" indicates that it was treated and the "7 ” the degree of resistance.
